In March of 2000 we started our web site with the idea of bringing in some additional sales to our retail store that otherwise would have been unavailable to us. We knew exactly the type of site we wanted and ProSolutions custom designed our site exactly to our needs. Additionally we gave all of the responsibility of hosting and marketing of the site to the ProSolutions team. Within six months we had a number one placement in many search engines and top ten in almost all of them.

With sales booming we again called on the expertise of Rick to help us process our ever-increasing amount of orders. Within a short period of time we had software in place where we could process all of credit card orders securely over the Internet without ever receiving a phone call! Furthermore we have an online database, which handles our entire processing and record keeping. In short, we have become a “paperless” company, which can now handle four times as much business without breaking a sweat!

In less than a year and a half we have evolved into an e-commerce company with four web sites. All of our sites have been custom built, hosted and marketed by the ProSolutions team. A BIG THANKS to Rick helping our “additional sales idea” morph into a new fabulously successful corporation.
